renda_125pxI have been taking Mr. Phu’s Fusion Kick Fit Class for the past six weeks and I must say that it is one of the most challenging classes that I have ever taken. I have taken quite a few classes in my life and I would say this is by far the best yet because of the mix of cardio, strength training, self defense and yoga all in one SHORT hour. The class goes by very quickly because you are having fun at the same time. I would recommend this class to anyone looking for a GREAT workout that will burn lots of calories and get you in great shape. I am looking forward to our class in the fall.

ashley_125pxI highly recommend Mr. Phu’s class. The combination of cardio, yoga, and weight training always left me feeling energized and ready to take on any challenge I might face. He also worked quite a bit of self-defense moves into the workout, which made me feel much more confident in everyday situations. I took his Fusion Kick Fit class for about 3 months and then again recently for five weeks. It is a class I always looked forward to and wish I could take again. Mr. Phu never worked his students to the point of exhaustion, but always made sure they were okay with what he was asking them to do and gave ample water breaks. If you’re looking for a fun and effective way to get in shape, this is the one for you!

I have taken the Cardio Kick Fit class for two sessions and I love it. It is a great way to work up a sweat while also working off stress. You feel like your entire body and mind benefit from the program because Mong stresses a mind/body connection. He pushes you to work to your full potential and strive to improve your form, technique and endurance at each class. There is plenty of individual attention and an atmosphere of helping each other out so that everyone benefits fully from the experience. I would highly recommend his classes whether you are already an avid exerciser or a newcomer to the fitness world.

As a student presently taking Mong’s Fusion Kick Fit class, I am very pleased with his flexibility to adjust the workout to meet all of our needs. I also appreciate the suggestions he provides for us to continue exercising outside of class. His variety of exercises keeps the class interesting and challenging. Fusion Kick Fit appeals to both men and women of all ages and sizes. Everyone I spoken to, in class, enjoy it and remark that they never worked so hard in their previous exercise routines. He is also very good at circulating around the room to work one on one with students who may be struggling with a particular move. I definitely appreciate this. He never makes the student feel as if they are a failure. He wants to make sure that everyone is getting the desired result with harming themselves by doing it incorrectly.
