Wayne County Department of Aging & Youth is offering a Medicare 101 information session.

If you are new to Medicare and having trouble navigating the insurance system? Then this is class is perfect for you. You will learn about coverage and options that are available to you.

Music Teacher compete @ 7th Annual Sensei Jim Grafe Memorial Karate Tournament in Hilton, NY

Ashley Osinski, a music teacher from the Clyde-Savannah School District and a Fusion Kick Fit participant came in 3^rd placed at 7th Annual Sensei Jim Grafe Memorial Karate Tournament held in Hilton, NY. Ashley has been training with us for over 2 years and the last 6 weeks started training in the Fusion Genesis Karate system in anticipation for the Tournament. She embodied the Budo spirit of humility and dedication to the martial arts training.

She lost to a very close split discussion in the over time portion of the karate match and came in third place in the Beginner over 18 Females Full Contact Division (also known as Semi Full Contact Kyokushin Karate – due to the use of headgear and gloves).

I am super proud of Ashley, and she dutifully deserved her Orange Belt Karate Ranking.

Clyde-Savannah School District Spring-Summer Session

We are continuing with the Fusion Kick Fit Program at the Clyde-Savannah School District. Class will be held 2x week at the Clyde Elementary School. Classes are on Monday and Thursday from 3:45 pm to 4:45 pm. We are expecting at least 10 participants to work out with us. I would like to thank Renda and Karey for helping us organized and setting up this session.

Once, again we hope to get the teacher’ at Clyde-Savannah School District in great shape and enjoy all the benefits of a good workout.

Lyons High School – Spring Session

We will be kicking off a new Fusion Kick Fit Program at the Lyons School District. Class will be held 2x week at the Lyons High School wrestling room starting April 21, 2009 till mid June. Classes are on Tuesday from 5:40 pm to 6:40 pm and on Saturday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. We are expecting at least 10 participants to work out with us. I would like to thank Alicia Linzy for helping us organized and set up this event.

We hope to get the teachers’ at Lyons School District in great shape and enjoy all the benefits of a good workout.
