“I have been taking Mr. Phu\\\'s Fusion Kick Fit Class for the past six weeks and I must say that it is one of the most challenging classes that I have ever taken. I have taken quite a few classes in my life and I would say this is by far the best yet because of the mix of cardio, strength training, self defense and yoga all in one SHORT hour. The class goes by very quickly because you are having fun at the same time. I would recommend this class to anyone looking for a GREAT workout that will burn lots of calories and get you in great shape. I am looking forward to our class in the fall.
