“I have taken the Cardio Kick Fit class for two sessions and I love it. It is a great way to work up a sweat while also working off stress. You feel like your entire body and mind benefit from the program because Mong stresses a mind/body connection. He pushes you to work to your full potential and strive to improve your form, technique and endurance at each class. There is plenty of individual attention and an atmosphere of helping each other out so that everyone benefits fully from the experience. I would highly recommend his classes whether you are already an avid exerciser or a newcomer to the fitness world.
