“As a student presently taking Mong’s Fusion Kick Fit class, I am very pleased with his flexibility to adjust the workout to meet all of our needs. I also appreciate the suggestions he provides for us to continue exercising outside of class. His variety of exercises keeps the class interesting and challenging. Fusion Kick Fit appeals to both men and women of all ages and sizes. Everyone I spoken to, in class, enjoy it and remark that they never worked so hard in their previous exercise routines. He is also very good at circulating around the room to work one on one with students who may be struggling with a particular move. I definitely appreciate this. He never makes the student feel as if they are a failure. He wants to make sure that everyone is getting the desired result with harming themselves by doing it incorrectly.
