Your body releases endorphins after good workout – leaving you feeling happy and ready to face the world.
Health Problem #2 – Fatigue
Fix It - Next time you lay down – try focusing on your breathing cycle – slowing it down for an inhale/exhale count of 5 seconds. Doing this will help to break the cycle of stress and tension that helps lead to fatigue. Another contributor of fatigue? Anemia. This is a result of an iron deficiency common in women with heavy periods. Try incorporating an iron supplement into your diet or a multi-vitamin with extra iron.
Health Problem #3 – Heartburn
Fix It - A quick fix to get rid of the heart burn – chug a glass of milk. Milk helps to neutralize the acid that causes heartburn. If heartburn is a common problem, try avoiding acidic foods such as tomatos, lemons, fried foods or caffeine – that help contribute to heartburn symptoms.
Health Problem #4 – Bad Breath
Fix It – Make sure you stay hydrated and are flossing and brushing daily. Drinking water will help to keep the bad breath germs out of your mouth – as they grow best in a dry environment. Downing fluids will ensure that there is no place dry for the bacteria to grow.
