Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Just a reminder that there will be no Fusion Kick Fit classes this week (December 28, 2009 – Jan 1, 2010) till after the New Year. If you like the Fusion Kick Fit workout please invite your friends for a free complimentary week of training. This is by invite only. In other word you have to be invite by a current member in good standard of Fusion Kick Fit.
