“I highly recommend Mr. Phu’s class. The combination of cardio, yoga, and weight training always left me feeling energized and ready to take on any challenge I might face. He also worked quite a bit of self-defense moves into the workout, which made me feel much more confident in everyday situations. I took his Fusion Kick Fit class for about 3 months and then again recently for five weeks. It is a class I always looked forward to and wish I could take again. Mr. Phu never worked his students to the point of exhaustion, but always made sure they were okay with what he was asking them to do and gave ample water breaks. If you’re looking for a fun and effective way to get in shape, this is the one for you!
