Our classes involve all areas of kickboxing conditioning for all of the muscle groups. Technical aspects of punching, kicking, blocking, parrying, slipping and foot work involved in the sport. These energetic and exciting classes always end with a good stretching session for fast recuperation of muscle and to increase range of flexibility.
What to wear: Loose, comfortable clothing such as one would wear for aerobics or running. You are welcome to bring a towel or roll-up mat for the floor exercises during class.
